Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the smooth and effective operation of all customer research activities at Booksy.
  2. Manage our research infrastructure, ensuring optimal tools and services, and facilitate access, training, and guardrails for their use.
  3. Support non-researchers with guidelines and protocols.
  4. Coordinate participant recruitment and incentives, ensuring a top-tier experience for research participants.
  5. Collaborate with our legal team to uphold high standards of legal compliance, privacy, and ethics in research.
  6. Lead our knowledge management initiatives to keep research and insights accessible, useful, and well-organized.
