We’re seeking an Operations Junior Analyst to join our Asset Maintenance team, reporting to the Asset Maintenance Lead. You will be starting your career in Financial Services, focusing on fintech. You’ll join a small team responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of dividends on client accounts. Prior financial experience isn’t necessary, but comfort with numbers, large data volumes, and Excel is essential.
You should be highly organized, methodical, and logical in managing workloads. Strong problem-solving skills and initiative are key. You will work closely with all areas of Operations to maintain high service standards during a period of rapid growth.
Salary: £27,000–£33,000 depending on experience, reviewed annually.
