Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English (C1 or above).
• Enrolment in final or penultimate year of a university program in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week and commit to 3–12 month internship.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
• Assist with internal communications across multiple countries to promote collaboration.
• Help develop training plans and materials to address evolving development needs of teams.
• Learn HR across the broader Amazon organization and stay updated on best practices.
• Provide support to employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and other HR queries.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify efficiency improvements and automation opportunities.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations to inform decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
