Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is offering a 12-month Operations Human Resources Partner Intern position for 2027. You’ll gain hands-on HR experience across a global operation, supporting attendance, engagement, compensation, and workforce analytics while working with mentors and leaders to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English at C1 level or above.
• Penultimate or final year pursuing HR, Business Admin, or related field; or similar discipline.
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
• Assist with internal communications across countries to promote collaboration.
• Help develop training plans and materials to address development needs.
• Learn HR functions across the broader Amazon organization and stay updated on best practices.
• Provide support to employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and HR matters.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operational tasks and routines.
• Participate in process reviews to identify simplification and automation opportunities.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
