Job summary

You will gain hands-on experience in employee relations, training, compensation, and workforce analytics, collaborating with teams across multiple countries under expert mentorship. The program includes structured learning sessions, exposure to HR projects, and a path to graduate roles after completion.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1) written and spoken.
• Penultimate or final year student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
• Assist with internal communications across multiple countries.
• Help develop training plans and materials for team development.
• Learn HR functions across Amazon and stay updated on best practices.
• Provide support on attendance, engagement, and compensation queries.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day routines and admin tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to drive efficiency.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and evaluations.
