Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1 level or above).
• Penultimate or final year in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.
• Available for a full-time 12-month internship (40 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
• Assist with internal communications across countries.
• Help develop training plans and materials for growth.
• Learn HR practices across Amazon and stay updated on best practices.
• Support employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and HR queries.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day routines and admin tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to improve efficiency.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and evaluations.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives.
