Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern for 2027.

This 3–12 month internship offers exposure to HR within a global operations context and the chance to work on employee relations, training, compensation, and workforce analytics. You will be mentored by an experienced HR partner, gain hands-on experience across multiple HR areas, and contribute to programs that support employee growth and organizational excellence.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1+).
• Penultimate or final year student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 3–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
• Assist with internal communications across countries to promote collaboration.
• Help develop training plans and materials to address evolving development needs.
• Learn HR practices across the broader Amazon organization and stay updated on best practices.
• Provide day-to-day HR support on attendance, engagement, compensation, and related matters.
• Support HR teams with routines and administrative tasks; identify simplification and automation opportunities.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations for decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
