Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is offering an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern (12 months) based in the UK.

You'll support HR operations within Amazon's fast-paced networks, getting hands-on experience across employee relations, training, analytics, and compensation inquiries. You'll work with teams across countries, develop training plans, contribute to process improvements, and analyze workforce data with the guidance of a mentor.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1+), written and spoken.
• Penultimate or final year in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Marketing, or related field.
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
• Assist internal communications across countries to promote collaboration and information-sharing.
• Help develop training plans and materials for evolving development needs of teams.
• Learn HR functions across the broader Amazon organization and stay updated on best practices.
• Provide support to employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and other HR matters.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operational routines and administrative tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations to inform decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with priorities.
