Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is offering an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern position for 3 months in 2027.

You will be embedded in HR within a global operation, working on projects across employee relations, training, and compensation, supported by a dedicated mentor. You may engage with leaders to align HR initiatives with company goals and have access to relocation assistance and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1 level or above.
• Work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to 3–6 month internship maximum.
• Currently in penultimate or final year and pursuing a degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
• Assist with internal communication across multiple countries to promote collaboration and information-sharing.
• Help develop training plans and materials to address evolving development needs of various teams.
• Learn HR functions across the broader Amazon organization and stay up-to-date on best practices.
• Provide support to Amazon employees on daily HR queries (attendance, engagement, compensation, etc.).
• Support HR teams with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify simplification and automation opportunities.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations for decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
