Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is offering an Operations HR Internship in a fast-paced global organisation.

You will gain hands-on experience across employee relations, training, compensation, and workforce analytics while working under a dedicated mentor to support your development. You’ll collaborate with intern peers from around the world, participate in structured learning sessions, and have the potential to progress to graduate roles or additional internships.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1 level or above.
• Penultimate or final year pursuing a university bachelor’s or master’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) and commit to 3 to 12 month internship maximum.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
• Assist with internal communications across multiple countries to promote collaboration and information-sharing.
• Help develop training plans and materials to address evolving development needs of various teams.
• Learn HR practices across the broader Amazon organization and stay up-to-date on best practices.
• Provide support to Amazon employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and other HR matters.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operational routines and administrative tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify opportunities for simplification and automation, driving efficiency improvements.
• Compile comprehensive personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations to inform decision-making.
• Partner closely with business leaders to align HR strategies and initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
