Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern for a 3-month program. You will learn HR functions within fast-paced operations, support cross-country communication, and help develop training materials to grow employee capabilities.

You will work with HR teams across the organization, address daily queries, and participate in process reviews to improve efficiency while gaining hands-on experience in analytics and partner with business leaders.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in speaking and writing (C1+).
• Available for a 3-month, full-time internship (40 hours/week).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR in Amazon's operations.
