Our client, is a fast-growing online education and marketing company serving coaches, consultants, and service-based entrepreneurs. They run coaching programs, online training, and high‑end events that help their clients grow and scale their businesses.
They move fast, they innovate constantly, and they are relentlessly focused on execution. To support their next phase of growth, they are hiring the most important non‑CEO hire in the company, the CEO’s Integrator and Operational Right Hand.
This is not a classic corporate COO. This is not a high‑level executive who sits above the business and delegates. This is not someone who wants to bring their own strategic ideas or rewrite the business.
This role is for a world‑class executor. An elite right hand. Someone who thrives on taking a visionary’s ideas and turning them into reality with precision, speed, and excellence. Someone who is excited, genuinely excited, about bringing someone else’s vision to life.
You will operate as the company’s Integrator (as described in the book ‘Rocket Fuel’). You will extract ideas from the CEO’s head, translate them into plans, and execute them exactly as intended, without diluting the vision, overcomplicating it, or challenging it unnecessarily.
You will need to be someone who thrives in the details, embraces ownership of execution, and is as committed to the success of the company as the CEO.

Because they are a lean team, you will take full ownership of the Operations function, including HR, business administration, office management, and all other operational processes. You will be responsible for both the oversight and implementation within the Operations department, ensuring it is set up, running smoothly, and continually improving.
For Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Events, your role will focus on oversight and guidance. You will provide support to the department heads, challenge them when needed, and ensure that all systems, processes, and KPIs are being followed. While you won’t be directly executing tasks within these departments, you will be responsible for ensuring that everything within these areas is being executed exactly as it should be by the department heads and their teams.
You’ll be joining one of the UK’s most exciting online education and marketing companies, a fast‑moving, tight‑knit team that’s shaping the future of the online coaching industry. You’ll work alongside a CEO who is a true visionary, very well respected in his industry, with big ambitions and the drive to exceed goals.
