Responsibilities

  • Coordinate bookings for inbound and outbound waste.
  • Manage phones and emails for support.
  • Confirm quotations and prepare paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Create purchase orders when authorised.
  • Support site inductions with the Health & Safety Manager.
  • Welcome visitors and maintain the traffic schedule.
  • Build and maintain the disposal route database.
  • Work closely with management on load planning.
  • Liaise with the Site Manager on packaged waste stock.
  • Manage Garage round and oversee waste collections.
  • Monitor driver compliance with working time directives.
  • Ensure Digital Tacho Card downloads are completed.
  • Check vehicle defect reports and arrange maintenance.
