Job summary

Henderson Brown Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to lead ecommerce fulfilment, warehouse and logistics on a third‑party site. You’ll manage picking, packing and dispatch of D2C orders while ensuring stock accuracy and smooth warehouse activities.

You will interact with couriers, suppliers and internal teams, driving improvements, ownership and timely updates to senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced, growing business.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, warehouse, logistics or ecommerce fulfilment.
• Hands-on in a warehouse environment with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to represent the business externally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee picking, packing and dispatch of D2C and website orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock availability at a third‑party site.
• Collaborate with the operator, couriers, suppliers and internal teams.
