Confidential in Hertfordshire is seeking an Operations Co-Ordinator to support end-to-end order fulfilment. You will coordinate with suppliers, manage client communications and oversee logistics to keep deliveries moving smoothly.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a strong customer service attitude. You will raise purchase orders, place supplier orders, resolve discrepancies, and escalate issues to senior management as needed.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders through company processes and initiate the supply chain by placing orders with suppliers.
• Ensure timely order processing and investigate/discrepancies raised by clients, suppliers, or internal teams.
• Escalate ongoing issues to senior management for swift resolution and maintain smooth delivery of goods and services.
