Job summary

LumiQ Solutions is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support wholesale operations across the UK and international markets. The role sits between Sales, logistics partners and warehouses to keep customer orders moving from order to delivery.

Key responsibilities include coordinating wholesale orders, tracking shipments, resolving issues, supporting international shipping and maintaining accurate order data. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in logistics and strong ERP/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, wholesale operations or order management
• Fashion, apparel or consumer goods experience preferred
• Good ERP and Excel skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• International shipping/export experience advantageous

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wholesale orders and deliveries across multiple markets
