Job summary

Elizabeth Scarlett is seeking an Operations Assistant to support our busy ecommerce and wholesale fulfilment during peak trading. You will help ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, coordinating with our operations team across the UK, EU, and USA.

You will work closely with warehousing and 3PL partners, manage stock transfers, resolve order issues, and help maintain SOPs to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in ecommerce or wholesale operations or logistics.
• Experience in a goods industry supply chain helps.
• Experience managing order workflows from processing to dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Monitor DTC orders across channels to ensure accurate fulfilment.
• Assist with wholesale orders including entry, stock assignment, and issue feedback.
• Triage and resolve order issues such as shortages, delays, mis-picks, damaged goods, or lost packages.
