Job summary

DEBUTE is seeking a highly organised Operations & E-commerce Coordinator to support day‑to‑day ecommerce, wholesale, customer and operational activities. The role is full‑time with 3 days in the office, offering exposure across marketing, logistics and reporting in a growing fashion brand.

You’ll manage Shopify product data, support launches and promotions, handle customer enquiries, and coordinate stock and wholesale accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Shopify knowledge and data handling skills.
• Experience coordinating e-commerce, wholesale and stock movements.
• Ability to analyse sales data and generate reports.
• Hands-on, multi-hat operator comfortable in a growing brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage product and pricing uploads and updates across Shopify.
• Maintain product data, imagery, descriptions, pricing and inventory.
• Support collection launches, promotions and site updates.
• Provide excellent customer service via email and social channels.
• Coordinate stock movements and wholesale order administration.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reporting.
