Job summary

Brandand is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our online stores in a fast-paced premium retail environment. You will own customer service, handle order issues and drive accuracy across Shopify and internal systems.

You will collaborate with warehouse and internal teams to resolve problems quickly, maintain product data, and support weekly performance reporting. This role is onsite in Banbury with one fixed remote day when business needs allow.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience in ecommerce or retail.
• Detail-focused with an organised, proactive approach to problems.
• Experience with Shopify, CMS or stock/databases is useful.
• Proficient in Excel for reporting and data checks.

Responsibilities

• Own customer service across ecommerce stores, handling enquiries, returns and order issues from start to finish.
• Manage order exceptions with warehouse teams, keeping customers informed and records accurate.
• Maintain Shopify product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, prices and images.
• Support reporting and data checks with simple trackers and weekly updates.
