Contract Personnel Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a prestigious transport company on the outskirts of Norwich. You will deliver outstanding customer service, handle showroom inquiries, and plan efficient driving routes for a busy fleet.

The role requires strong organisational skills, a UK driving licence, and a professional, customer-focused approach. You may drive vehicles to events and assist with fleet servicing and parts as needed.

Qualifications

• A valid UK driving licence and be over 25 for insurance purposes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo Broadland Licence training.
• Interest in vehicle mechanics is a plus.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person at the showroom
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is professional and positive
• Plan efficient driving routes for the team
• Manage the schedule for up to 60 drivers
• Drive vehicles to events, exhibitions, and shows
• Coordinate and schedule regular vehicle servicing and MOTs

• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle fleet and premises

What We're Looking For:

• A valid UK driving licence (must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes)
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• A confident, professional demeanour with a customer-first mindset
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
• A willingness to undergo training for a Broadland Licence
• A genuine interest in or knowledge of vehicle mechanics

Hours & Salary:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexibility required during busy periods, including evenings and weekends, and a rota-based on-call)

Salary: Up to £26,436.80 - £28,000 annually (DOE)
