Contract Personnel Limited is seeking an Operations Coordinator for an award-winning transport company on the outskirts of Norwich. The role focuses on exceptional customer service, fleet coordination, and event driving responsibilities.

The position requires a UK driving licence (25+ for insurance), strong organisation, and clear communication. You will manage up to 60 drivers, schedule servicing, and support vehicle logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A valid UK driving licence (must be over 25 years old for insurance).

• Willingness to undertake Broadland Licence training.
• Genuine interest in or knowledge of vehicle mechanics.

Responsabilités

Contract Personnel is seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Coordinator to join a prestigious transport company located on the outskirts of Norwich. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person at the showroom
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is professional and positive
• Plan efficient driving routes for the team
• Manage the schedule for up to 60 drivers
• Drive vehicles to events, exhibitions, and shows
• Coordinate and schedule regular vehicle servicing and MOTs
• Order and manage car parts for the fleet
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle fleet and premises

What We re Looking For:

• A valid UK driving licence (must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes)
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• A confident, professional demeanour with a customer-first mindset
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
• A willingness to undergo training for a Broadland Licence
• A genuine interest in or knowledge of vehicle mechanics

Hours & Salary:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexibility required during busy periods, including evenings and weekends, and a rota-based on-call)

Salary: Up to £26,436.80 - £28, annually (DOE)
