Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Field Service Administrator / Coordinator to support global field service operations. You will coordinate administrative tasks, schedules, time reporting, expenses, and customer invoicing, working with Field Service Engineers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role involves preparing visit documentation, communicating with customers, and guiding junior coordinators, while maintaining records in CRM and ERP systems and supporting process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service administration, service coordination, customer service, logistics, or similar operations.
• Experience with service, CRM, or ERP systems preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
• English written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage administrative activities for field service operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain field service schedules, assignments, and resource availability.
• Process time reporting, expense claims, invoicing, and cost allocations.
• Prepare visit documentation, service reports, and performance information.
• Communicate with customers and Field Service Engineers to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling issues.
• Support junior coordinators and administrative colleagues.
