JCDecaux North America is looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day activities across regions from our Manchester base. You will act as the central liaison between regional teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders, using SAP and other systems to track work orders, faults, and progress.

Working with maintenance, electrical, cleaning and posting tasks, you will ensure safety, timely delivery and accurate reporting, while collaborating with a UK team and using two common office

Qualificações

• Experience in an operational coordination, scheduling or similar role in a process-driven environment.
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and fault portals, plus Excel.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with high-volume workload.
• Clear, professional communication with regional teams and stakeholders.
• Calm, proactive mindset and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to work from Manchester office on common days.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across regions and ensure safety and quality.
• Act as central point of contact between regions, field teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Create, assign and update jobs for maintenance, electrical, cleaning, posting and inspections.
• Track jobs to completion, escalate issues affecting SLAs or safety.
• Raise and maintain work orders and purchase requisitions in SAP per processes.
