Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking an Operations Assistant to help ensure members feel safe and enjoy an excellent experience every day. The role supports multiple departments, assists with cleaning, opens and closes, and greets members across a premium health and wellness club.

About the Role

The Operations Assistant supports the club in ensuring members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, seven days a week. The role works across departments, assisting with cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting members, and providing support to teams wherever needed. The position sits within a premium health and wellness group whose team members are described as ambassadors and the heart of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support departments across the club with daily operational activities.
• Carry out cleaning duties.
• Complete opening and closing tasks.
• Greet members.
• Provide support to teams wherever needed.
• Help ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, seven days a week.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• A passion for customer service.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Emergency Response Qualification (desirable but not essential).

Salary

• £13.00 Per hour
