Job summary

TIP Group is hiring an Operations Assistant in Knottingley. You will manage sourcing requests from initial inquiry through on-hire and off-hire processes, coordinate servicing, documentation, and compliance, and work with a collaborative team to ensure operations run smoothly.

You'll liaise with customers, vendors and branches for servicing, MOT bookings and repairs, while raising orders and validating service sheets in our systems. A proactive, humorous team player will thrive here.

Responsibilities

• Organising customers’ sourcing requirements from request through to on-hire and off-hire, managing servicing, documentation, and compliance.
• Working closely with a supportive, hands-on team that values your input.
• Liaising with customers, vendors, and branches to arrange servicing, MOT bookings, and repairs, raising work and purchase orders, validating service sheets, and ensuring accurate system updates.
