The Role

As an Operations and Treasury Analyst , you’ll play a vital role in supporting the company’s operational and treasury functions. This position requires a sharp analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll work closely with senior management and multiple departments, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across business-critical spreadsheets and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spreadsheet management & development:Gain a deep understanding of core operational models and take ownership of key spreadsheets, including loan ledgers, underwriting models, and credit databases.
  • Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports for investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Data quality & validation:Check and improve data accuracy, implementing automated methods for error-checking and quality assurance.
  • Cross-departmental support:Collaborate with credit and origination teams, assisting with underwriting models, stress testing, and data interpretation.
  • Bookkeeping & accounts:Understand how loan transactions flow through various accounts and reconcile these with loan ledgers.
  • Data presentation:Develop innovative visualizations and presentations for portfolio and marketing purposes.
