Restore Plc in Coventry is recruiting for a depot-based role within our logistics team. You will work as part of a busy depot, undertaking delegated tasks to support service delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will liaise with Sales, Transport and Warehouse colleagues, input orders into our systems, and ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time. The role emphasizes proactive communication and efficient process handling.

Responsibilities

• Work as a member of the depot team, undertaking delegated tasks and responsibilities in line with service needs and operational requirements
• Liaise swiftly and effectively with other staff members and customers to meet customer requirements
• Input incoming orders and contracts into the relevant computer system
• Complete company paperwork accurately and promptly in line with company procedures and process route clear-downs efficiently
• Build effective and close working relationships with the Sales, Transport, and Warehouse teams
• Ensure proactive communication with SCOs throughout the working day
• Respond promptly to email and phone requests
