Culina Group Limited is seeking an Operations Administrator to join our Integrated Packing Services team at the Bardon site. This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pm, with a salary of £29,000–£32,000 depending on experience.

You will report to the Site General Manager and handle daily performance reporting, invoicing queries, payroll liaison, and KPI reporting, supporting the transport, warehousing and production teams.

Formación

• Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with GM and CAM to report sites daily performance.
• Collate and report all invoicing data to IPS accounts.
• Validate weekly supplier’s charges and raise POs.
• Ensure that all reports show accurate and up to date information.
• Be the primary contact for customers for all financial queries.
• Collate daily and weekly reports of operational KPIs and share with major stakeholders.
• Collate warehouse, transport and production forecasting and report to stakeholders.
• Manage ASN and masterdata.
• Compile monthly and weekly payroll reports.
• Work closely with agencies to ensure payroll is accurate for all staff members.
