Job summary

IPS (Part of the Culina Group) is offering an Operations Administrator role at Bardon on a full-time, permanent basis. You will report to the Site General Manager and be the first point of contact for invoicing queries while supporting daily performance reporting.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm, with a salary between £29,000 and £32,000 depending on experience. A collaborative team environment and clear progression opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with GM and CAM to report sites daily performance.
• Collate and report all invoicing data to IPS accounts.
• Validate weekly supplier’s charges and raise POs.
• Ensure that all reports show accurate and up to date information.
• Be the primary contact for customers for all financial queries.
• Collate daily and weekly reports of operational KPIs and share with major stakeholders.
• Collate warehouse, transport and production forecasting and report to stakeholders.
• Manage ASN and masterdata.
• Compile monthly and weekly payroll reports.
• Work closely with agencies to ensure payroll is accurate for all staff members.

We would like to present you with an exciting opportunity foranOperations Administrator to join our friendly team in Bardon on a full time permanent basis.

Salary:£29,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm.

As anOperations Administrator you will workclosely with the Site General Manager at Bardon, the Operations Administrator role is to report the site’s daily performance, weekly site results and be the first point of contact for all invoicing queries.
