Job summary

Culina is seeking an Operations Administrator to join Integrated Packing Services at Bardon. This full-time role supports the Site General Manager with daily performance reporting, invoicing queries, and payroll reporting. You will liaise with suppliers, customers, and agencies to ensure accurate data and timely payroll processing.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, capable of working under pressure and independently while collaborating with the wider team.

Responsibilities

• Report site daily performance to GM and CAM.
• Collate and report invoicing data to IPS accounts.
• Validate weekly supplier charges and raise POs.
• Ensure reports are accurate and up to date.
• Primary contact for customers on financial queries.
• Collate KPI reports for stakeholders.
• Forecast and report warehousing, transport and production data.
• Manage ASN and masterdata.
• Compile payroll reports weekly/monthly.
• Coordinate payroll with agencies.

As part of our, Integrated Packing Services, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team asanOperations Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

Salary:£29,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm.

As anOperations Administrator you will workclosely with the Site General Manager at Bardon, the Operations Administrator role is to report the site’s daily performance, weekly site results and be the first point of contact for all invoicing queries.

Key Duties of anOperations Administrator:

• Work closely with GM and CAM to report sites daily performance.
• Collateand reportall invoicing data to IPS accounts.
• Validateweekly supplier’s charges and raisePOs.
• Ensure that all reports show accurate and up to date information.
• Be the primary contact for customers for all financial queries.
• Collate daily and weekly reports of operational KPIs and sharewith major stakeholders.
• Collatewarehouse, transport and production forecasting and reportto stakeholders.
• Manage ASN and masterdata.
• Compilemonthly and weekly payroll reports.
• Workclosely with agencies to ensure payroll is accurate for all staff members.

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.
