Job description

Aspirations is seeking a highly organized and experienced administrator to join our friendly team based in Birmingham (B38). This role involves supporting management and senior staff with a variety of administrative duties, including minute-taking, report typing, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Performing general admin duties such as typing, photocopying, and managing emails.
  2. Conducting staff file audits to ensure compliance with CQC standards.
  3. Maintaining a tidy office environment and secure filing system.
  4. Handling telephone inquiries and office correspondence.
  5. Taking and distributing minutes of meetings.
  6. Managing stock levels and budgets for PPE and stationery.
  7. Organizing meetings for managers.
  8. Maintaining accurate records both digitally and physically.
  9. Supporting audit preparations with the quality team.
  10. Ensuring confidentiality in line with GDPR regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in minute-taking, CRM systems, MS Office, and possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills. At least 12 months' administration experience is essential.
