Job Purpose

The Commercial Operations Administrator will support the Commercial & Marketing teams with operational, logistics, and administrative tasks. The role involves cross-functional collaboration mainly with the Commercial Operations Manager and Marketing Manager, providing administrative support to department members, internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

Commercial Operations

  • Manage PTP process in SAP: create suppliers, PR/PO/MIGO, process invoices, and coordinate with Finance in Prague.
  • Manage absence days and working hours.
  • Handle IT hardware, including mobile phones.
  • Maintain the contract database.
  • Administer fleet management.
  • Act as administrator for the internal platform (Compliance Wire) for mandatory trainings: create employee profiles, build and assign training curricula, assist employees with access.
  • Assist team members with declarations in the Nautilus tool.

Marketing Administration

  • Support UK marketing plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Prepare general mailings regarding new products, pricing, stock issues, etc.
  • Assist with external event organization.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Register participants for events and communicate event details.
  • Organize dinners and hotels during foreign congresses and invite customers.
  • Procure congress materials and process purchases in SAP PTP.
  • Maintain documentation according to SOPs.
  • Track KPIs such as conversion rate, cost per acquisition, customer lifetime value, social media engagement, and marketing ROI.

Your Profile

  • 2-5 years supporting functions, general assistant experience.
  • Experience with data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team with a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Valid driving license.
