NUVIA UK is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Operational Readiness programme for SMR deployment. You will manage end-to-end readiness, including workforce planning, training frameworks, asset management, digital infrastructure, and documentation aligned with nuclear site licence conditions.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, governance, budget management, risk mitigation, and real-time reporting using tools like Power BI.

Qualifications

• Essential: infrastructure project experience in regulated sectors.
• Essential: regulatory, assurance environments; nuclear/oil & gas/rail experience advantageous.
• Essential: familiarity with WANO/IAEA/ISO guidance beneficial.
• Essential: experience developing operational capability requirements in a regulated environment.
• Essential: strong stakeholder engagement across disciplines.
• Experience using enterprise project tools (Primavera, MS Project, SharePoint, data analytics).
• Experience with scheduling principles and governance techniques.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans with scope, schedule, budget, resources and risk management.
• Lead regular reviews to keep strategies aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Maintain governance and documentation for transparency and compliance.
• Manage budgets and escalate risks when needed.
• Forecast financial risks and adjust budgets accordingly.
• Communicate scope changes through formal change control processes.
• Create risk mitigation plans for resource constraints and project continuity.
• Produce interactive reports (Power BI) for real‑time status and budgets.
• Collaborate with SMR Project team to manage suppliers and contracts.
• Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders through status meetings and reports.
• Plan resource management for future needs including recruitment or reallocation.
• Evaluate operational capability across lifecycle phases: design, commissioning, operations, maintenance.
