NUVIA UK is seeking a Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects from planning through commissioning at a regulated facility. Hybrid work with on-site Glasgow presence is required; you will report to the Senior Project Manager and coordinate with a broad team of engineers and partners.

The role emphasizes strong commercial understanding, NEC4 contract administration, and delivering on time and within budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualificações

• Experience managing infrastructure projects from prep through delivery and commissioning.
• Hands-on construction background with building services experience preferred.
• Experience using NEC4 contracts including changes and stakeholder management.
• Sound commercial knowledge and ability to manage packages cost and value.
• Capability to develop cash flow forecasts and manage budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Project management of preparation, delivery and commissioning phases of infrastructure works.
• Provide project management capability to the project and establish and deliver project specific objectives.
• Lead and motivate team members and stakeholders to maintain momentum and trust.
• Manage contract with industry partners and suppliers, tracking quality, time, cost and reliability.
• Monitor budgets and provide accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
• Support project assurance and gateway reviews to demonstrate progress and compliance.
