NUVIA UK is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Operational Readiness program in Warrington with hybrid working options. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to develop end-to-end readiness, including workforce planning, training frameworks, asset management, digital infrastructure and documentation control to ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualificações

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects within highly regulated industries.
• Experience navigating complex regulatory and assurance environments in nuclear/oil & gas/rail sectors.
• Familiarity with WANO, IAEA, INPO, EPRI, HSE, ISO guidance and standards is beneficial.
• Experience developing operational capability requirements and technical specifications in regulated settings.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across technical, operational, engineering and project delivery teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans with scope, schedule, budget, resources and risk strategies.
• Facilitate regular reviews to align strategies with project needs and stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for governance and compliance.
• Manage budgets and forecast risks; implement mitigation plans.
• Produce real-time status and cost/risk reports using digital tools for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with SMR Project team to manage suppliers and contracts and address issues.
