Job summary

NUVIA UK is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Operational Readiness to guide the team in building and deploying an Operational Readiness programme for SMRs. You will coordinate workforce planning, training frameworks, asset strategies, and digital infrastructure while ensuring alignment with nuclear site licence conditions and governance standards.

The role requires strong governance, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement across engineering, operations, and commercial functions in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects within highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with regulatory approval processes (licensing, permits, safety).
• Ability to develop and validate operational capability requirements and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk).
• Lead regular reviews to align with evolving needs and stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain governance-ready documentation with transparency and compliance.
• Manage budgets and address risks; apply forecasting and contingency planning.
• Oversee change control to prevent scope creep and update stakeholders.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to manage suppliers and contracts.
