Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex engineering, construction, procurement and regulatory work within a major programme. Based in a hybrid arrangement, with regular attendance at Rolls-Royce SMR locations in Manchester, Warrington or Derby, you will report to a Programme Manager and steer a team of Project Managers through critical milestones.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in engineering, science, project management or related discipline.
• A project management qualification such as APM PMQ or equivalent.
• Experience delivering large, complex projects and programmes with multiple work packages, budgets and risks.
• Knowledge of PM tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, Excel, Power BI or Power Apps.

• Lead delivery of multiple complex engineering, construction, procurement and regulatory projects within a wider programme environment.
• Manage teams of Project Managers, ensuring effective prioritisation, resource allocation and delivery performance.
