Job summary

Nuvia Ltd is seeking a seasoned project management professional to oversee SMR project supplier and contract activities in a highly regulated environment. You will coordinate with design, commissioning and operations teams to ensure compliance with UK nuclear safety standards while driving timely procurement and resource planning.

Applicants should have experience in large-scale infrastructure, complex regulatory contexts, and strong stakeholding across engineering and delivery disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects within regulated sectors.
• Understanding of safety, licensing and regulatory approvals in nuclear/oil & gas contexts.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders across technical and delivery disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage suppliers and contracts; address issues proactively to meet obligations.
• Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders via status meetings and reports.
• Develop resource management plans for future project needs and recruitment or reallocation.
• Evaluate operational capability across lifecycle phases: design, commissioning, operations and maintenance.
• Support and project manage vendor submissions to ensure feasibility, maintainability and compliance with UK nuclear standards.
• Utilise enterprise systems and project tools (Primavera, MS Project, SharePoint) for planning, review and assurance.
