You will support decision making and drive service improvements by delivering robust analyses and performance indicators.

You will work with Operations, Digital teams and senior stakeholders to shape data-driven initiatives, develop performance measures, and communicate findings clearly to non-technical

Qualifications

  • Produce insightful management information, analysis and visualisations using Power BI or similar tools to support operational and strategic decision making.
  • Develop robust analytical products using SQL or similar programming languages, ensuring outputs are accurate, reproducible and quality assured.
  • Combine and interrogate data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights, identify trends and inform business improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analytical and performance improvement projects, delivering outcomes at pace and managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational performance across Universal Credit and Labour Market services.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, to influence decisions and deliver complex outcomes.
  • Present complex data and technical findings in a clear and engaging way for non-technical audiences.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative working environment while contributing to team objectives, efficiencies and continuous improvement.
