Job summary

Government Recruitment Service in Ramsgate is recruiting an Operational Management Information Developer. This role requires Security Check clearance and offers an opportunity to influence decision making through data insights.

You will produce MI and visualisations with Power BI, develop analytical products with SQL, and collaborate with Operations and senior stakeholders to drive service improvements across Working Age services.

Responsibilities

• Produce insightful management information, analysis and visualisations using Power BI or similar tools to support operational and strategic decision making.
• Develop robust analytical products using SQL or similar programming languages, ensuring outputs are accurate, reproducible and quality assured.
• Combine and interrogate data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights, identify trends and inform business improvements.
• Lead analytical and performance improvement projects, delivering outcomes at pace and managing competing priorities effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational performance across Universal Credit and Labour Market services.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, to influence decisions and deliver complex outcomes.
• Present complex data and technical findings in a clear and engaging way for non-technical audiences.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative working environment while contributing to team objectives, efficiencies and continuous improvement.
