Job summary

The Government Recruitment Service in Coventry is seeking an Operational Management Information Developer to turn data into meaningful insight and support decision making across Working Age services.

You will produce management information and visualisations using Power BI, develop robust analytical products with SQL, and lead performance improvement projects that drive efficiencies and better outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Produce insightful management information and visualisations using Power BI or similar tools.
• Develop robust analytical products using SQL or similar programming languages.
• Combine and interrogate data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical and performance improvement projects, delivering outcomes at pace and managing competing priorities effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational performance across Universal Credit and Labour Market services.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, to influence decisions and deliver complex outcomes.
• Present complex data and technical findings in a clear and engaging way for non-technical audiences.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative working environment while contributing to team objectives, efficiencies and continuous improvement.
