Job summary

Government Recruitment Service in Falkirk seeks an Operational Management Information Developer to turn data into actionable insights. You will produce management information and visualisations using Power BI or similar tools and develop analytical products with SQL.

This role requires you to pass Security Check. You will work with Operations, Digital teams and senior stakeholders to shape performance measures and support evidence-based decision making across Working Age services, driving

Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

Produce insightful management information, analysis and visualisations using Power BI or similar tools to support decision making.
Develop robust analytical products using SQL or similar programming languages.
Combine data from multiple sources to generate insights and inform improvements.
Lead analytical and performance improvement projects with pace and priority management.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery across Universal Credit and Labour Market services.
Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to influence outcomes.
Present data findings clearly for non-technical audiences.
Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and support continuous improvement.
