Job summary

Government Recruitment Service is seeking an Operational Management Information Developer in Corby to transform data into insights for Working Age services. You will build analyses and dashboards, interrogate data sources, and support evidence-based decision making.

The role requires passing Security Check clearance and engaging with senior stakeholders. Responsibilities include producing MI and visualisations, developing analytical products with SQL, and leading performance improvement projects

Qualifications

• Produce insightful management information and visuals to support decision making using Power BI or similar.
• Develop robust analytical products using SQL or similar languages with quality assurance.
• Combine data from multiple sources to generate insights and inform improvements.

Responsibilities

• Produce insightful management information, analysis and visualisations using Power BI or similar tools to support operational and strategic decision making.
• Develop robust analytical products using SQL or similar programming languages, ensuring outputs are accurate, reproducible and quality assured.
• Combine and interrogate data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights, identify trends and inform business improvements.
• Lead analytical and performance improvement projects, delivering outcomes at pace and managing competing priorities effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational performance across Universal Credit and Labour Market services.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, to influence decisions and deliver complex outcomes.
• Present complex data and technical findings in a clear and engaging way for non-technical audiences.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative working environment while contributing to team objectives, efficiencies and continuous improvement.
