Job summary

DWP Digital is seeking an Operational Management Information Developer to help shape services for millions of UK customers. You will create high-quality management information, dashboards and analytical products using Power BI and SQL, turning complex data into actionable insights to inform operational and strategic decisions.

You will work with operational colleagues, digital teams and senior stakeholders, including Directors and Ministers, to drive continuous improvement and influence

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex operational data.
• Proven leadership to collaborate, influence stakeholders and drive data-led outcomes.
• Experience leading change and service improvement, taking projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong decision-making with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presenting findings to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality management information, dashboards and analytical products using Power BI and SQL.
• Transform complex data into meaningful insights to support operational and strategic decision making.
• Identify trends, measure performance and uncover opportunities to improve service delivery across Universal Credit and Labour Market services.
• Collaborate with operational colleagues, digital teams and senior stakeholders, influencing decisions through evidence-based analysis.
• Lead analytical projects and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
