Job summary

DWP Digital is seeking an Operational Management Information Developer to use data and insight to shape services for millions of UK customers. You will join the Working Age Data and Performance Team, delivering analysis and reporting that drives continuous improvement across Working Age services.

You will develop dashboards and analytical products with Power BI and SQL, transforming data into actionable insights to support decisions at senior levels and across operational teams.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret and analyse complex data.
• Proven leadership to collaborate, influence stakeholders and drive data-led insight.
• Experience leading change and service improvement from concept to delivery.
• Strong decision-making with evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality management information, dashboards and analytical products using Power BI and SQL.
• Transform complex data into meaningful insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Identify trends, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to improve service delivery across programmes.
• Collaborate with operational colleagues, digital teams and senior stakeholders, including Directors and Ministers.
