Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in Worcester seeks an Operational Management Information Developer to turn data into actionable insights for Working Age services. You will work with Operations, Digital teams and senior stakeholders to shape data-driven decisions and deliver performance improvements across Universal Credit and Labour Market services.

You will produce MI, dashboards and analytical products, leveraging Power BI and SQL, and lead projects that drive efficiency while ensuring

Qualifications

  • Produce insightful management information, analysis and visualisations using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Develop robust analytical products using SQL or similar programming languages.
  • Combine and interrogate data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights.
  • Lead analytical and performance improvement projects, delivering outcomes at pace.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational performance.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
  • Present complex data and technical findings in a clear and engaging way for non-technical audiences.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative working environment while contributing to team objectives.
