Job summary

Gallagher in London is seeking a Senior Associate - Training to strengthen operational excellence across our Specialty business by designing and delivering training that supports regulatory compliance, risk management, and business transformation.

You will coordinate, create, and deliver high‑quality training; support onboarding and change initiatives including system rollouts; and ensure colleagues have the knowledge they need to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering or coordinating training in operations, risk, compliance or insurance.
• Strong understanding of operational controls and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and engagingly.
• Excellent organisational skills with multi-priority management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a structured training calendar across Specialty.
• Design and deliver engaging training on controls, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Support onboarding with induction programmes and learning pathways.
• Drive consistency in training approach, content and delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and address training needs.
• Support rollout of change initiatives including new systems.
• Maintain training records and monitor completion.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve content.
• Promote awareness of key policies and regulatory expectations.
