Job summary

Gallagher seeks a Senior Associate – Training to strengthen operational excellence across our Specialty business. You will design and deliver impactful training that supports regulatory compliance, risk management, and business transformation.

You will coordinate, create, and deliver high-quality training, support onboarding and major change initiatives, including system rollouts, by ensuring colleagues are equipped with the knowledge they need to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering or coordinating training in operational, risk, compliance, or insurance environments.
• Strong understanding of operational controls, regulatory frameworks, and policy governance.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and engagingly.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training on operational controls, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding by developing induction programmes and learning pathways.
• Support rollout of major change initiatives, including system deployments.
