Zusammenfassung

Gallagher is seeking a Senior Operations Control Associate to join our Specialty division, supporting the development and delivery of our first line risk framework. You will act as an operations specialist to ensure governance, oversight and control across the division, collaborating with 2nd and 3rd line teams to embed best practice and drive continuous improvement.

You will own SOPs, process control artefacts, and conduct QA activities such as file reviews and audits while supporting product

• Strong governance and regulatory frameworks knowledge.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised with proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

• High integrity and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Support delivery and enhancement of the first line risk operating model across Specialty.
• Build relationships with 2nd and 3rd line teams for collaboration and oversight.
• Maintain and review Standard Operating Procedures for accuracy and consistency.
• Own and maintain process control artefacts, templates and checklists.
• Conduct quality assurance activities including file reviews and audits.
• Support governance frameworks and tools including product governance processes.
• Identify trends, perform root cause analysis and drive improvements.
• Support key projects to ensure risk assessment and control implementation.
