Gallagher in London is looking for a Senior Associate – Training to strengthen operational excellence across the Specialty business. You will coordinate, design, and deliver training on operational controls, regulatory requirements, and policy updates, supporting onboarding and major change initiatives.

You will partner with stakeholders, maintain a structured training calendar, and ensure accurate records while driving consistency across units.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering or coordinating training within an operational, risk, compliance, or insurance environment.
• Strong understanding of operational controls, regulatory frameworks, and policy governance.
• Confident presenting complex information in a clear, engaging way.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

This is an exciting opportunity to design and deliver impactful training that supports regulatory compliance, risk management, and business transformation. You will be responsible for coordinating, creating, and delivering high-quality training that enhances understanding of operational controls, regulatory requirements, and policy updates. You’ll also support onboarding and major change initiatives, including system rollouts, by ensuring colleagues are equipped with the knowledge they need to succeed.
